Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru kurang menarik pada anak usia dini. Metode pembelajaran token ekonomi menjadi solusi sebagai upaya untuk mengembangkan kedisiplinan pada anak usia dini. Metode token ekonomi merupakan pemberian reward yang diberikan oleh guru berupa kepingan bintang yang dikumpulkan oleh anak setiap kali melalukan perilaku yang diharapkan, kemudian token dikumpulkan dan ditukar dengan hadiah pengukuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis & McTaggart yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen observasi berupa lembar ceklis dan dokumentasi berupa foto maupun video. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran token ekonomi dapat mengembangkan kedisiplinan pada anak usia dini dengan meningkatnya ketuntasan kedisiplinan pada tiap siklusnya, siklus I dengan persentase 54% termasuk dalam kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan siklus II dengan persentase 81,1% termasuk dalam kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). ----- This study is motivated by the lack of children's understanding of discipline so that children have not been able to show disciplinary behavior. This is due to the learning methods used by teachers that are less interesting in early childhood. The token economy learning method is a solution as an effort to develop discipline in early childhood. The token economy method is a reward given by the teacher in the form of star pieces collected by children every time they do the expected behavior, then the tokens are collected and exchanged for reinforcing prizes. This research uses the Kemmis & McTaggart model of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study used observation instruments in the form of checklists and documentation in the form of photos and videos. Data analysis in this study used qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
