Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan menulis puisi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe round table berbantuan media flipbook serta mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe round table berbantuan media flipbook terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu quasi experiment dengan desain non-equivalent pretest posttest control group pada pokok pembahasan puisi dengan subjek sejumlah 46 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes keterampilan menulis puisi, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan pengaruh model round table berbantuan media flipbook terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi sebesar 45,2%. Hasil uji N-Gain kelas eksperimen berada pada interpretasi tinggi, sedangkan kelas kontrol berada di interpretasi sedang artinya siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe round table berbantuan media flipbook lebih baik daripada siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif. Peneliti merekomendasikan penelitian selanjutnya dapat memfokuskan pada indikator-indikator yang mendapat nilai rata-rata rendah dibandingkan dengan indikator lainnya. ----- The low poetry writing skills are the background of the study. The study aims to determine the improvement of poetry writing skills by using the round table type cooperative learning model assisted by flipbook media and to determine the effect of the round table type cooperative learning model assisted by flipbook media on students' poetry writing skills. The method used is a quasi experiment with a non-equivalent pretest posttest control group design on the topic of poetry with 46 students as subjects. The instruments used are poetry writing skills tests, observation, and documentation. The results of the data analysis show the effect of the round table model assisted by flipbook media on poetry writing skills by 45.2%. The results of the N-Gain test for the experimental class are at a high interpretation, while the control class is at a moderate interpretation, meaning that students who get the round table type cooperative learning model assisted by flipbook media are better than students who get learning using the cooperative model.
