Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja perawat dengan sikap etis perawat terhadap pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh perawat pelaksana di 11 ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sumedang, dengan sampel 160 responden yang dipilih melalui random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja dan sikap etis perawat terhadap pasien dengan bentuk google form. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 94,37% responden memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden sebanyak 90,00% memiliki sikap etis yang baik terhadap pasien. Hasil analisa menggunakan uji statistik Spearman correlation diperoleh nilai p < 0,001 (< 0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,677. Dengan nilai tersebut penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kuat dan memiliki arah positif antara kepuasan kerja perawat dengan sikap etis perawat terhadap pasien di RSUD Sumedang, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan seorang perawat terhadap pekerjaanya, semakin baik pula sikap etisnya terhadap pasien, dan begitu sebaliknya. Temuan Penelitian ini menyarankan pihak rumah sakit untuk melakukan pengukuran kepuasan kerja perawat dan evaluasi untuk mempertahankan kepuasan kerja perawat tetap tinggi sehingga menunjukkan sikap yang positif.\r\n\r\nJob satisfaction is thought to be able to determine or encourage nurse performance in a good direction or vice versa.
