"Tujuan penelitian ini ialah (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran strategi pada bisnis Rizqi Batik. (2) Untuk mengetahui identifikasi strategi bisnis pada Rizqi Batik. (3)Untuk mengetahui perumusan strategi bisnis pada Rizqi Batik. Metode \tpenelitian yang di gunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomonologi. Teknik pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode yaitu dengan studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, kuesioner tertutup dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi Rizqi Batik Tasikmalaya berada pada kuadran IV Growth and Build di dalam matriks IE (Internal Eksternal) dan berada pada kuadran 1 sehingga strategi bisnis yang dapat diterapkan oleh Rizqi Batik Tasikmalaya ialah strategi agresif dengan menggunakan strategi agresif atau strategi SO dan strategi intensif melalui pengembangan produk, pengembangan pasar dan peneterasi pasar. Implikasi hasil penelitian terkait perumusan strategi bisnis pada Rizqi Batik Tasikmalaya dengan menggunakan matriks IFAS dan EFAS adalah jika Rizqi Batik Tasikmalaya tidak menyusun strategi bisnis yang tepat sehingga berimplikasi pada produktivitas perusahaan yang tetap stagnan.\r\n\r\nThe purpose of this study is (1) To find out the picture of strategy in Rizqi Batik business. (2) To find out the identification of business strategies in Rizqi Batik. (3) To find out the formulation of business strategies at Rizqi Batik. The \tresearch method used is a qualitative method with a phenomonological approach. Data processing techniques in this study use triangulation method techniques, namely by literature study, observation, interviews, closed questionnaires and documentation The results of this study show that the position of Rizqi Batik Tasikmalaya is in quadrant IV Growth and Build in the IE matrix (Internal External) and is in quadrant 1 so that the business strategy that can be applied by Rizqi Batik Tasikmalaya is an aggressive strategy using an aggressive strategy or OS strategy and intensive strategy through product development, market development and market peneteration. The implication of research results related to the formulation of business strategies at Rizqi Batik Tasikmalaya using IFAS and EFAS matrices is if Rizqi Batik Tasikmalaya does not develop the right business strategy so that it has implications for company productivity that remains stagnant."^^ .
