"The aim of this research is to prove the existence of a relationship between perfectionism and burnout in female athletes. The research method uses a correlation study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 72 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to produce 60 research samples with the criteria of female athletes aged 17-21 years. The instruments used were the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS) and the Athlete Burnout Questionnaire (ABQ). Based on the results of research using the Mann-Whitney U test, data on perfectionism results obtained Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.135, this shows that there is no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the level of perfectionism. Meanwhile, the results of the burnout research show that the significance value obtained is 0.766 (>0.05), this shows that there is no significant difference in the level of burnout between female athletes in martial art and non-martial art sports.\r\n\r\nTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan antara perfeksionisme dan burnout pada atlet wanita. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dihasilkan 60 sampel penelitian dengan kriteria atlet wanita yang berusia 17-21 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS) dan Athlete Burnout Questionnaire (ABQ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan uji mann-whitney u test, data hasil perfeksionisme memperoleh hasil nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.135 > 0.05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok dalam hal tingkat perfeksionisme. Sedangkan hasil penelitian burnout menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0.766 (>0,05), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam tingkat burnout antara atlet wanita dalam olahraga beladiri dan non-beladiri."^^ .
