Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan menggunakan Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analytic. Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui Google Scholar pada jurnal terakreditasi sinta dengan kata kunci "pendidikan jasmani dalam pembelajaran renang." Artikel-artikel kemudian disaring berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, dan dari 95 artikel yang diidentifikasi, hanya 10 yang dijadikan sumber utama dalam penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani (penjas) memberikan kerangka kerja untuk mengelola aspek psikologis dalam pembelajaran renang. Aspek psikologis dalam pembelajaran renang mencakup sejumlah dimensi, termasuk rasa percaya diri siswa, minat, motivasi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan renang, manajemen stres terkait air, kemampuan untuk fokus dan konsentrasi, serta kemampuan mengatasi kegagalan dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, interaksi sosial, kepuasan, dan kesenangan dalam kegiatan renang juga berperan penting, sementara penanganan kecemasan terhadap air merupakan aspek kritis untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang positif dan aman. Keseluruhan, aspek-aspek psikologis ini saling terkait dan berkontribusi pada pengalaman pembelajaran renang yang holistik. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding through a Systematic Literature Review regarding the psychological dimensions of the swimming learning process. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review using the Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analytic. Article searches were carried out via Google Scholar in Sinta accredited journals with the keyword "physical education in swimming learning." The articles were then filtered based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and of the 95 articles identified, only 10 were used as the main source in this research. The data obtained comes from relevant previous research. The research results show that physical education provides a framework for managing the psychological aspects of learning to swim. The psychological aspect of learning to swim includes a number of dimensions, including students' self- confidence, interest, motivation to develop swimming skills, water-related stress management, ability to focus and concentrate, and ability to overcome failure in the learning process. In addition, social interaction, satisfaction and enjoyment in swimming activities also play an important role, while managing water anxiety is a critical aspect of creating a positive and safe learning environment.
