Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non-probability sampling berupa teknik convenience sampling dengan sampel 484 fresh graduate di DKI Jakarta. Intsrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Widiyono (2017) dengan mengacu pada teori Arthur & Inkson (2001), dan Career Anxiety Scale (CAS) yang dibuat oleh Tsai et al. (2017) dengan mengacu pada teori Chen (2005). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Spearman Rho dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara career capital dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada fresh graduate di DKI Jakarta, dengan tingkat koefisiensi sebesar -0,760. The aim of this research is to explore the correlation between career capital and job-related stress among recently graduated individuals in DKI Jakarta. This study utilized a quantitative method involving a correlational design. Sampling has conducted using a non-probability convenience sampling technique, with a sample of 484 fresh graduates in DKI Jakarta. The instruments utilized in this study included measurement tools developed by Widiyono (2017), referencing the theory by Arthur & Inkson (2001), and the Career Anxiety Scale (CAS) created by Tsai et al. (2017) referencing Chen's theory (2005). The analytical technique employed in this study was Spearman's Rho test, facilitated by SPSS version 25.0 for Windows.
