N2  - Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini terletak pada seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik rail document system (rds) terhadap kinerja karyawan di unit corporate document management (general document and files) PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi bahwasanya terdapat pengaruh dari penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik rail document system (rds) terhadap kinerja karyawan di unit corporate document management (general document and files) PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan guna mengumpulkan serta menganalisis data keseluruhan secara statistik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey ekplanasi (explanatory survey) sebagai alat pengumpulan data, dengan penyebaran angket kepada 20 karyawan unit unit corporate document management (general document and files) PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Bandung. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik rail document system (RDS) berdampak sangat positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di unit corporate document management (general document and files) PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Bandung. Focus the problem on research influence the application of the electronic filing system rail document system (rds) has on employee performance in the corporate document management unit (general document and files) of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Bandung. This research aims to confirm that there is an influence of the application of the electronic filing system rail document system (RDS) on employee performance in the corporate document management unit (general document and files) of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Bandung. In this study, a quantitative approach was used to collect and analyze overall data statistically. This research used the explanatory survey method as a data collection tool, with the distribution of questionnaires to 20 employees of the corporate document management unit (general document and files) of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Bandung. Research findings show that the implementation of the electronic archive system rail document system (RDS) has a very positive impact on employee performance in the corporate document management unit (general document and files) of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Bandung.
