Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 98 guru yang terdiri dari 62 guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung dan 36 guru SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil study literature review, elemen indikator green skills diantaranya kesadaran lingkungan, keterampilan koordinasi, manajemen dan bisnis, keterampilan kewirausahaan, keterampilan inovasi, keterampilan STEM, keterampilan berpikir analitis, keterampilan komunikasi dan keterampilan adaptasi. Hasil penelitian sub indikator berdasarkan AHP menunjukkan prioritas yang paling penting untuk dimiliki oleh lulusan SMK adalah sub indikator kemampuan mendengarkan secara aktif. Adapun elemen prioritas utama yang harus dimiliki oleh lulusan siswa SMK adalah elemen kesadaran lingkungan. This thesis aims to identify priority green skills in vocational high school students based on vocational teacher assessment based on the analytical hierarchy process. The sample of this study consisted of 98 teachers consisting of 62 teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung and 36 teachers at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. The results showed that based on the results of a literature review study, the green skills indicator elements included environmental awareness, coordination skills, management and business, entrepreneurial skills, innovation skills, STEM skills, analytical thinking skills, communication skills and adaptation skills. The results of the research on sub-indicators based on AHP show that the most important priority for vocational graduates to have is the sub-indicator of active listening ability.
