N2  - Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberhasilan usaha pada seluruh Koperasi mahasiswa di Kota Bandung pada tahun 2017-2021 yang cenderung mengalami penurunan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran partisipasi anggota dalam memediasi pengaruh kemampuan manajerial pengurus terhadap keberhasilan usaha Koperasi Mahasiswa Se-Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini yaitu survey dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah mediasi Baron dan Kenny. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 6 KOPMA dengan 79 pengurus Koperasi Mahasiswa sebagai responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa partisipasi anggota tidak memediasi pengaruh kemampuan manajerial pengurus terhadap keberhasilan usaha Koperasi Mahasiswa se-Kota Bandung namun berpengaruh langsung kemampuan manajerial pengurus terhadap keberhasilan usaha Koperasi Mahasiswa se-Kota Bandung. 

The background of this research is by the business success of college student cooperatives in Bandung City in 2017-2021 which tends to experience a decline. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of member participation in mediating the effect of managerial capability on the business success of college student cooperative in Bandung City. The method used in this research is a survey using questionnaires as a data collection tool, while the data analysis technique used is Baron and Kenny's mediation. The population of this study was 6 KOPMA with 79 Student Cooperative management as respondents. Based on the research results, it was found that member participation did not mediate the effect of  managerial capability on the business success of student  college cooperative in Bandung City but had a direct effect on the managerial capability on the business success of the student cooperative college in Bandung City.
