Communication style of leaders on employee performance (Quantitative Descriptive Study of Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) at the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Karawang). The aim of this study was to determine the leadership style of communication on employee performance in Badan Kepegawaian Pengembangan dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) kabupaten Karawang. Respondents of this study were 45 employees of the Badan Kepegawaian Pengembangan dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Karawang. The method of this study was used a quantitative descriptive to answer the research questions. The instruments of this study was using questionnaires in the form of several statement to collect the data. The results of this research show that the dominant and effective communication style used by leaders at BKPSDM Karawang Regency is the equalitarian style. Employee performance at BKPSDM Karawang Regency shows good results.
