Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis deskripsi kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel didapatkan 140 responden. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS 26 for windows dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Didapatkan persamaan regresi Y= 20.242 + 0.164 X1 + 0.495 X2 , 20,242 sebagai konstanta regresi, nilai 0.164 (16.4%) adalah nilai pengaruh positif motivasi kerja, dan nilai 0.495 (49,5%) adalah nilai pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berpengaruh positif artinya berpengaruh searah, dimana semakin meningkat variabel X maka variabel Y juga akan meningkat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi karyawan Gen-Z terhadap motivasi kerja mendapatkan kategori sangat tinggi, kepuasan kerja mendapatkan kategori puas, dan komitmen organisasi mendapatkan kategori sangat tinggi. Motivasi kerja karyawan Gen-Z berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja karyawan Gen-Z berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan Gen-Z secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi di Hotel Crowne Plaza Bandung, dengan kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan variabel terikat adalah sebesar 17.3%, sisanya 82,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. This study used a survey method with quantitative description analysis, using non-probability sampling with a total sample of 140 respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 26 for windows and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Gen-Z employees' perceptions of work motivation were in the very high category, job satisfaction was in the satisfied category, and organizational commitment was in the very high category. Gen-Z employee work motivation influences organizational commitment, Gen-Z employee job satisfaction influences organizational commitment, and Gen-Z employee work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously influence organizational commitment at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Bandung, with the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is 17.3%, the remaining 82.7% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.
