This study used a quasi experimental method (nonequivalent control group design). The population of this study are all students in grade XI SMAN 1 Baleendah, and the sample is a class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 3 of each class consists of 32 students. Data were collected through the instrument in the form of multiple choice tests and hypothesis testing performed using t test. Based on  t-test analysis of the posttest, with α = 0,05 obtained t count> t table or 4.257> 1.7. This can be interpreted in student learning outcomes with Murder cooperative model is better than the conventional model student learning outcomes. Based on analysis of pretest-posttest gain obtained an average score of experimental and control classes gain respectively 0.49 and 0.15 can be interpreted gain entry criterion was an experimental class and control class gain entry criteria are low. From the analysis of learning gains increased experimental class is better than the control class.
