"Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketidakadilan gender dalam keluarga yang hingga saat ini masih dialami anak. Keluarga sebagai tempat pertama kali anak menerima dan mengadopsi nilai-nilai gendernya, akan tetapi terkadang menjadi tempat sosialisasi ketidakadilan gender. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi proses sosialisasi gender, bentuk ketidakadilan gender, dan faktor-faktor sosialisasi gender terhadap ketidakadilan gender dalam keluarga pada mahasiswa asal Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan kunci pada penelitian ini adalah orang tua dan mahasiswa, kemudian informan pendukungnya yaitu saudara/i kandung dari mahasiswa itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) proses sosialisasi gender masih melibatkan peran-peran gender anak yang dilekatkan pada jenis kelamin mereka. Orang tua membentuk konstruksi peran gender anak dengan memberikan ucapan, pemahaman, serta contoh yang berkaitan, peran Ayah untuk anak laki-laki, dan peran Ibu untuk anak perempuan. (2) bentuk ketidakadilan gender yang dialami anak dalam keluarga diantaranya a) stereotip gender, b) beban ganda, dan c) standar ganda gender. (3) faktor-faktor pada terjadinya sosialisasi gender dalam keluarga yang berakibat pada ketidakadilan gender pada mahasiswa asal Kota Bandung, yakni a) faktor budaya, b) faktor individu, dan c) faktor lingkungan.\r\n\r\nThis research is motivated by gender injustice in the family, which is still experienced by children. The family is the first place where children receive and adopt their gender values, but sometimes it becomes a place of socialization of gender injustice. The purpose of this study is to identify the process of gender socialization, forms of gender injustice, and factors of gender socialization towards gender injustice in the family of students from Bandung City. This research uses qualitative research design with study case method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. The key informants in this research are parents and students, then the supporting informants are siblings of the students themselves. The results showed (1) the gender socialization process still involves children's gender roles attached to their gender. Parents form the construction of children's gender roles by providing speech, understanding, and related examples, the role of father for boys, and the role of mother for girls. (2) forms of gender injustice experienced by children in the family include a) gender stereotypes, b) double burden, and c) gender double standards. (3) Factors in the occurrence of gender socialization in the family which results in gender injustice in students from Bandung City, namely a) cultural factors, b) individual factors, and c) factors of gender socialization."^^ .
