Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan taktis dalam permainan invasi terhadap kebugaran jasmani dan keterampilan bermain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni one group pretest posttest. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 4 minggu di SDN 025 Cikutra, partisipan yang dilibatkan merupakan siswa-siswi kelas 5a dengan jumlah 30 siswa-siswi. Dengan menggunakan instrumen GPAI dan TKJI. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kelompok penelitian diberi perlakuan permainan invasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas data, uji Paired T-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan taktis dalam permainan invasi terhadap kebugaran jasmani dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maupun pendekatan taktis terhadap keterampilan bermain dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya, bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata tes awal dan tes akhir pada pendekatan taktis terhadap kebugaran jasmani maupun pendekatan taktis terhadap keterampilan bermain. Dengan begitu, perlu adanya pertimbangan untuk menggunakan pendekatan bagi tenaga pendidik baik guru pendidikan jasmani maupun pelatih olahraga. This research is motivated by a lack of understanding of playing in invasion games and the lack of application of learning models as well as low levels of physical fitness. This study aims to determine the effect of a tactical approach in invasion games on physical fitness and playing skills. The research method used is quantitative research with experimental research types. The design used in this research is one group pretest posttest. This research was conducted for 4 weeks at SDN 025 Cikutra, the participants involved were grade 5a students with a total of 30 students. By using GPAI and TKJI instruments. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The research group was given the invasion game treatment. Data analysis used in this study used the data normality test, Paired sample T-test. The results of this study stated that there was an effect of the tactical approach in the invasion game on physical fitness with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a tactical approach to playing skills with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, that there are differences in the average scores of the pre-test and post-test on the tactical approach to physical fitness and the tactical approach to playing skills.
