abstract: Sejak terjadinya pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19), semua lingkup kehidupan berubah, khususnya di pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah peralihan dari pembelajaran yang dulu dilakukan secara tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara virtual. Pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah pendidikan yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung melalui media. Pengukuran pengaruh pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap hasil belajar siswa merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metodologi studi kasus penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dikomunikasikan menggunakan catatan naratif. Penelitian ini melibatkan lima kelas siswa kelas 7 yaitu 7F, 7G, 7H, 7I, dan 7J di salah satu SMP di kota Jakarta. Rata-rata pengaruh postif pembelajaran matematik yang dilakukan secara jarak jauh terhadap hasil belajar mencapai 37,1%. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran matematika secara jarak jauh tidak berhasil. Since the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic, all spheres of life have changed, especially in education. One of them is the transition from learning that used to be done face-to-face to learning that is done virtually. Distance learning is education obtained indirectly through the media. Measuring the effect of distance learning on student learning outcomes is the goal of this study. The case study methodology of this research uses a qualitative approach. Results are communicated using narrative notes. This research involved five classes of grade 7 students namely 7F, 7G, 7H, 7I, and 7J in one of the junior high schools in the city of Jakarta. The average positive effect of distance learning mathematics on learning outcomes reaches 37.1%. Therefore, learning mathematics remotely is not successful.
