The research method used was descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data were collected using a questionnaire with 67 respondents. In data processing, the researcher utilized Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS 25. The calculation results using Weight Mean Score (WMS) showed that the compensation variable scored 3.63, which falls into the high category, while the work productivity variable scored 3.39, also falling into the high category. The results of the normality and linearity tests indicated that both the X variable (compensation) and the Y variable (work productivity) are normally distributed and have a linear relationship. The hypothesis test results showed a significant relationship between the two variables, with compensation having a positive influence of 38.3% on work productivity, while the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other factors. The significance test of correlation using t-test yielded a result of 6.353 > 1.669, indicating a significant influence between compensation and work productivity. The regression analysis resulted in the equation Y=18.966+0.620X, which means that for each unit increase in compensation, work productivity will increase by 0.620 units. In conclusion, this research reveals that compensation has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of teachers at SDIT Irsyadul Ibad Pandeglang.
