abstract: Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah terhambatnya kegiatan pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Bandung yang disebabkan oleh belum efektifnya pengelolaan arsip dinamis. Masalah ini penting untuk diatasi karena apabila dibiarkan akan menghambat penyediaan informasi dalam memperlancar pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran pengelolaan arsip dinamis dan tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi, serta mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan arsip dinamis terhadap tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif verifikatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Explanatory Survey. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 orang pegawai di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran  pengelolaan arsip dinamis secara keseluruhan dipersepsikan sangat baik. Sedangkan gambaran Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Informasi secara keseluruhan dipersepsikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap antara Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis terhadap Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Informasi di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Bandung.
The problem studied was the hampering of information needs fulfillment activities at the Bandung Regency Library and Archives Office caused by ineffective dynamic records management. This problem is important to overcome because if left unchecked it will hinder the provision of information in facilitating decision making. This research aims to obtain an overview of dynamic records management and the level of fulfillment of information needs, as well as knowing the influence of dynamic records management on the level of meeting information needs at the Bandung Regency Library and Archives Office. This study used a quantitative approach that is descriptive verificate. The research method used is Explanatory Survey. Data collection techniques through the distribution of a population questionnaire of 30 employees at the Bandung Regency Library and Archives Office. The data analysis technique used is simple regression. The results showed that the overall picture of dynamic records management was perceived very well. While the picture of Meeting Information Needs as a whole is perceived as high. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Dynamic Archives Management on Meeting Information Needs at the Bandung Regency Library and Archives Office.
