Abstract

Abstrak Faktor Determinan Dalam Pengungkapan Informasi Keuangan Pada Website Perguruan Tinggi Terakreditasi Unggul Di Indonesia Oleh: Rida Rosmawati NIM. 2105561 Pembimbing I : Dr. H. Nono Supriatna, M.Si Pembimbing II : Dr. R. Nelly Nur Apandi, S.E.,M.Si.,Ak. Pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website merupakan salah satu langkah konkrit untuk mewujudkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor determinan dalam pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website perguruan tinggi dengan akreditasi unggul di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 31 Perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dengan Akreditasi Unggul, dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berkaitan berbagai informasi pada website perguruan tinggi dan dianalisis dengan model regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model regresi ini memiliki keberartian atau merupakan model yang fit, selanjutnya hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang terdiri dari karakteristik pimpinan berpengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan pada pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website, karakteristik infrastruktur berpengaruh signifikan secara negatif pada pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website, karakteristik organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan pada taraf signifikansi 0.1 secara positif terhadap pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website dan yang terakhir adalah faktor eksternal yaitu karakteristik lingkungan yang secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif pada pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kondisi pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada website perguruan tinggi di Indonesia masih sebatas pemenuhan kewajiban pada regulasi yang ada. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kondisi keterbukaan informasi keuangan pada website perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, sehingga hal ini dapat dijadikan dasar pembuatan regulasi yang lebih detail terkait dengan kewajiban pengungkapan informasi keuangan yang harus dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia sebagai badan publik. Disclosure of financial information on the website is one of the concrete steps to creating transparency and accountability in higher education. This study aims to determine the determinant factors in the disclosure of financial information on the websites of universities with superior accreditation in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the descriptive-quantitative method. The sample used was 31 tertiary institutions in Indonesia with superior accreditation, using secondary data related to various information on the university's website and analyzing it with a regression model. The results of the study show that this regression model has a significance or is a fit model, then the results of the study also show that internal factors consisting of leadership characteristics have a positive but not significant effect on disclosure of financial information on websites, infrastructure characteristics have a significant negative effect on information disclosure financial information on the website, organizational characteristics have a significant effect on the significance level of 0.1 in a positive way on the disclosure of financial information on the website and the last is the external factor, namely environmental characteristics which have a significant negative effect on the disclosure of financial information on the website. This is due to the fact that the disclosure of financial information on university websites in Indonesia is still mandatory under existing regulations. It is hoped that this research can provide an overview of the condition of financial information disclosure on university websites in Indonesia, so that this can be used as a basis for making more detailed regulations related to the obligation to disclose financial information that must be carried out by universities in Indonesia as a public organization.
