Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas layanan berbasis website menjadi suatu upaya yang perlu dilakukan secara berkesinambungan, tidak terkecuali bagi Perpustakaan Daerah Purwakarta. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana layanan website Perpustakaan Daerah Purwakarta dapat diterima oleh pemustaka, maka diperlukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website berdasarkan kepuasan pemustaka. Penelitian ini mengukur kualitas website Perpustakaan Daerah Purwakarta yaitu disipusda.purwakartakab.go.id dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 yang didasari oleh persepsi pengguna akhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi kualitas website Perpustakaan Daerah Purwakarta menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemustaka Perpustakaan Daerah Purwakarta dengan sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 100 sampel dari populasi. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dan offline, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode WebQual 4.0 pada website Perpustakaan Daerah Purwakarta berada dalam kualitas baik, dengan persentase 74,51% dan diperlukan perhatian khusus untuk mempertahankan dan memperbaiki kualitas website agar lebih baik lagi. ----- Improving the quality of website-based services is an effort that needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis, including the Purwakarta Regional Library. To find out to what extent the website services of the Purwakarta Regional Library can be accepted by users, research is needed to evaluate the quality of the website based on user satisfaction. This study measures the quality of the Purwakarta Regional Library's website, namely disipusda.purwakartakab.go.id using the WebQual 4.0 method which is based on end user perceptions. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of evaluating the quality of the Purwakarta Regional Library website using the WebQual 4.0 method. This study uses a mixed approach (mixed methods). The population in this study were users of the Purwakarta Regional Library with a sample determined through a purposive sampling technique totaling 100 samples from the population. The data collection technique is through questionnaires distributed online and offline, interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the use of the WebQual 4.0 method on the Purwakarta Regional Library website is of good quality, with a percentage of 74.51% and special attention is needed to maintain and improve the quality of the website to make it even better.
