Abstract

Masa remaja ditandai dengan munculnya menstruasi. Siklus menstruasi wanita berlangsung antara 21 hingga 32 hari, namun tidak semua wanita yang mengalami menstruasi merasakan nyaman, istilah untuk gangguan khas seperti perubahan suasana hati, rasa tidak nyaman pada persendian, dan nyeri perut yang disebut dismenore. Ketidakamanan fisik yang disebabkan oleh rasa sakit menyebabkan perasaan cemas, khawatir, dan kepekaan terhadap pemicu emosional. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengontrol emosi agar dapat mengontrol dan mengatur pikiran dan perasaan remaja tentang nyeri yang dirasakan saat menstruasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan regulasi emosi dengan tingkat nyeri mestruasi (dimenore). Metode penelitian desain kuantitatif korelasional, pengumpulan data berupa Numeric Rating Scales (NRS) serta kuesioner pernyataan sebanyak 31 butir. Kemudian melihat hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan tingkat dismenore. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 143 responden dengan teknis cluster random sampling, dan lokasi penelitiannya di MTsN 1 Sumedang. Analisa data menggunakan bivariat analisis pearson chi square, penelitian digunakan untuk untuk melihat hubungan variabel regulasi emosi dan dismenore. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar responden memiliki regulasi emosi sedang dan tingkat dismenore ringan. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan tingkat dismenore (a=0,624). Kesimpulan : Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan tingkat dismenore. A woman's menstrual cycle lasts from 21 to 32 days, but not all women who experience menstruation feel comfortable, the term for typical disorders such as mood swings, joint discomfort, and abdominal pain is called dysmenorrhea. The physical insecurity caused by pain causes feelings of anxiety, worry, and sensitivity to emotional triggers. Therefore, it is important to control emotions so that they can control and regulate the thoughts and feelings of adolescents about the pain they feel during menstruation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and the level of menstrual pain (dymenorrhea). Method correlational quantitative design research, data collection in the form of Numeric Rating Scales (NRS) and a statement questionnaire of 31 items. Then look at the relationship between emotion regulation and dysmenorrhea rates. The number of samples in this study were 143 respondents with a cluster random sampling technique, and the research location was at MTsN 1 Sumedang. Data analysis used bivariate pearson chi square analysis, this research was used to look at the relationship between variables of emotion regulation and dysmenorrhea. The results showed that most of the respondents had moderate emotional regulation and mild dysmenorrhea. There is no relationship between emotional regulation and the level of dysmenorrhea (a=0.624). Conclusion: In this study it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between emotion regulation and the level of dysmenorrhea.
