Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ditemukannya penggunaan bahasa yang tidak santun dalam menyampaikan sebuah kritik. Munculnya fenomena roasting sebagai alternatif kritik yang dibawakan secara komedi oleh Kiky Saputri dan Ridwan Remin, menarik perhatian warganet. Oleh karena itu,
tertarik kesantunan berdasarkan teori Brown Levinson, dan implikatur berdasarkan teori Grice pada tuturan roasting
dan Ridwan Remin dalam acara Lapor Pak! dan Stand Up Comedy Indonesia. mendeskripsikan 1) strategi kesatunan berbahasa yang terdapat pada dan Ridwan Remin dalam acara Lapor Pak! dan Stand Up Comedy Indonesia; 2) tindakan mengancam wajah yang terdapat pada dan Ridwan Remin dalam acara Lapor Pak! dan Stand Up Comedy Indonesia; 3) implikatur yang terdapat pada tuturan dan Ridwan Remin dalam acara Lapor Pak! dan Stand Up Comedy Indonesia.
strategi kesantunan berbahasa yang dominan adalah strategi kesantunan positif sebanyak 30%, tindakan mengancam wajah yang dominan adalah tindakan mengancam wajah positif sebanyak 32% dan implikatur yang paling dominan adalah implikatur percakapan sebanyak 88%.
This research is motivated by the discovery of the use of impolite language in conveying a criticism. The emergence of the roasting phenomenon as an alternative to criticism presented in comedy by Kiky Saputri and Ridwan Remin has attracted the attention of netizens. Therefore, the researcher is interested in examining politeness based on Brown Levinson's theory, and implicature based on Grice's theory in the roasting utterances of Kiky Saputri and Ridwan Remin in the Lapor Pak! and Stand Up Comedy Indonesia. This study aims to describe 1) the language unity strategy contained in the roasting utterances of Kiky Saputri and Ridwan Remin in the Lapor Pak! and Stand Up Comedy Indonesia; 2) the form of face-threatening actions found in Kiky Saputri and Ridwan Remin's roasting story in the Lapor Pak! and Stand Up Comedy Indonesia; 3) the implicature found in Kiky Saputri and Ridwan Remin's roasting story in the Lapor Pak! and Stand Up Comedy Indonesia. The results of this study found that the dominant language politeness strategy was positive politeness strategy by 30%, the dominant form of threatening face was threatening positive face by 32% and the most dominant implicature was conversational implicature by 88%.
