Abstract

Skripsi ini di latar belakangi dengan adanya permasalahan dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn). Guru belum memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital dan menggunakan buku teks sebagai media pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah. Siswa kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan, serta mudah merasa bosan, khususnya pada materi menghargai keberagaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran PPKn berbasis chatbot yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran PPKn materi menghargai keberagaman kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini guru dan siswa kelas III. Instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara, observasi, tes, lembar validasi dan angket. Wawancara dan observasi dilakukan kepada guru dan siswa SDN 1 Sukasenang untuk mengetahui kebutuhan media pembelajaran dan melihat aktivitas siswa pada pelaksanaan uji coba media pembelajaran. Validasi dilakukan kepada ahli materi PPKn dan ahli media. Tes digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran PPKn berbasis chatbot. Angket digunakan untuk mengetahui respons siswa dan guru terhadap media pembelajaran PPKn berbasis chatbot pada materi menghargai keberagaman. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan media pembelajaran PPKn berbasis chatbot pada materi menghargai keberagaman sangat layak digunakan di sekolah dasar, respons siswa dan guru sangat baik. Sehingga, bentuk akhir yang dihasilkan berupa produk media pembelajaran PPKn berbasis chatbot pada materi menghargai keberagaman di sekolah dasar kelas III. Kata Kunci: Chatbot, Pembelajaran PPKn, Media Pembelajaran, Sekolah Dasar This thesis is motivated by the existence of problems in the use of learning media in the subject of Pancasila and Civics Education (PPKn). Teachers have not utilized digital learning media and use textbooks as learning media with the lecture method. Students lack understanding of the material presented, and easily feel bored, especially on the material of appreciating diversity. This research aims to develop chatbot-based Civics learning media used in learning Civics material on respecting diversity in grade III Elementary School. This research uses the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects of this research were third grade teachers and students. The research instruments were interviews, observations, tests, validation sheets and questionnaires. Interviews and observations were made to teachers and students of SDN 1 Sukasenang to find out the needs of learning media and see student activities in the implementation of learning media trials. Validation was carried out to Civics material experts and media experts. Tests are used to determine student learning outcomes before and after using chatbot-based Civics learning media. Questionnaires are used to determine the responses of students and teachers to chatbot-based Civics learning media on the material of appreciating diversity. Based on the research that has been done, chatbot-based Civics learning media on the material of respecting diversity is very feasible to use in elementary schools, student and teacher responses are very good. Thus, the final form produced is a chatbot-based Civics learning media product on the material of appreciating diversity in grade III elementary schools.
