Abstract

Abstak : Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui kadar logam berat terlarut dan juga parameter kualitas air Danau Tasikardi. Pengujian kadar logam berat menggunakan metode analisis AAS dan dilakukan pada laboratorium Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (UPTD DLHK), pengujian parameter fisik dan kimia secara insitu, dan parameter biologis diuji dengan metode filtrasi di laboratorium UPTD DLHK. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu kandungan logam berat kadmium berada di angka tertinggi dengan 0,005 mg/L pada stasiun 3, mangan di angka tertinggi dengan 0,039 mg/L pada stasiun 3, tembaga berada dibawah MDL pada seluruh stasiun dan timbal di angka tertinggi dengan 0,024 mg/L pada stasiun 1. Kadar parameter biologis berupa bakteri Total Coliform tertinggi di angka 2210 MPN/100 mL dan Escherichia Colli berada di angka tertinggi dengan 970 MPN/100 mL Pada stasiun 3. Setelah dibandingkan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 22 tahun 2021 maka kandungan logam berat masih dibawah rata-rata ambang batas baku mutu dan kadar parametrik biologis berupa total coliform dan Escherichia Colli berada dibawah ambang batas baku mutu yang ditetapkan. Kata kunci: Danau Tasikardi, AAS, Filtrasi, logam berat kadmium, mangan, timbal, tembaga. Abstract : This research was conducted to determine the levels of dissolved heavy metals and also the water quality parameters of Lake Tasikardi. Testing for heavy metal levels used the AAS analysis method and was carried out at the UPTD DLHK laboratory, in-situ Physical and chemical parameter testing, and biological parameters were tested by the filtration method at the UPTD DLHK laboratory. The results obtained from this study were that the heavy metal cadmium content was the highest with 0.005 mg/L at station 3, manganese was the highest with 0.039 mg/L at station 3, copper was below the MDL at all stations and lead was the highest with 0.024 mg/L at station 1. The highest level of biological parameters in the form of Total Coliform bacteria was at 2210 MPN/100 mL and Escherichia Colli was at the highest rate with 970 MPN/100 mL at station 3. When compared with government regulation number 22 of 2021, then the content of heavy metals is still below the average quality standard threshold and biological parametric levels in the form of total coliform and Escherichia Colli are below the specified quality standard threshold.
