Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Klinik Prodia Cabang Bandung, dengan responden seluruh karyawan tetap Laboratorium Klinik Prodia Cabang Bandung itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara rotasi jabatan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan di Laboratorium Klinik Prodia Cabang Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gambaran penerapan rotasi jabatan, gambaran prestasi kerja karyawan, dan apakah terdapat hubungan antara rotasi jabatan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan di Laboratorium Klinik Prodia Cabang Bandung. Aspek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu, rotasi jabatan dan prestasi kerja karyawan. Indikator yang digunakan dalam rotasi jabatan adalah keterampilan, kejenuhan, keanekaragaman pekerjaan, pelatihan, adaptasi dan pengalaman kerja, sedangkan indikator yang digunakan dalam prestasi kerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja, pengetahuan pekerjaan, inisiatif, kecekatan mental, sikap, serta disiplin waktu dan absensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey explanatory, alat pengumpulan data dengan cara studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan dan penyebaran kuisioner. Jumlah populasi 78 orang, sehingga tidak ada sampel karena semua populasi diteliti. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner model skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rotasi jabatan berada dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan prestasi kerja karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi didapat sebesar 0,668, artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara rotasi jabatan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi didapat 44,6% yang artinya, rotasi jabatan memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 44,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak penulis teliti. This research was conducted in Prodia Clinic Laboratory Bandung Branch, with all the permanent employees of Prodia Clinic Laboratory Bandung Branch as the respondent. This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the job rotation with the employee’s work achievement at Prodia Clinic Laboratory Bandung Branch. The issues that were examined in this research is how the image of the application of job rotation, the image of employee’s work achievement, and whether there is a relationship between the job rotation with the employee’s work achievement in the Prodia Clinic Laboratory Bandung Branch. There were two aspects examined in this research, the job rotation and the employee’s work achievement. Indicators used in the job rotation were skill, saturation, diversity of works, training, adaptation and work experience, while the indicators used in the employee’s work achievement were of result of work, knowledge of work, initiative, mental dexterity, attitude, time and attendance discipline. This research used explanatory survey methods, the data collected by study literature, field study and dissemination of the questionnaires. The total population are 78 people, so there were no samples because all the populations studied. The instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire model. The data analysis technique used the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that the job rotation is in the very good category, while the employee’s work achievement is in the high category. The results obtained for the calculation of correlation 0.668, means that there is a strong relationship between the job rotation with the employee’s work achievement. The results of the calculation of the determination coefficient obtained 44.6%, which means, the job rotation has an influence on employee’s work achievement 44.6%, while the remain 55.4% influenced by other factors that were not mention.
