Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen tes asesmen kompetensi minimum yang memenuhi kriteria tes yang baik dan layak ditinjau dari segi validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya pembeda, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan literasi membaca dan numerasi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan dan validasi. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu 5 orang ahli bidang pendidikan kimia sebagai validator serta 30 orang siswa kelas XI di salah satu SMA di Kota Bandung sebagai responden. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes asesmen kompetensi minimum pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan yang terdiri dari 12 soal literasi membaca dan 15 soal literasi numerasi. Seluruh butir soal AKM dinyatakan valid berdasarkan validitas isi dan berdasarkan validitas empiris, 26 soal valid dan 1 soal tidak valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas untuk bentuk soal objektif maupun soal uraian dinyatakan reliabel dengan kriteria tinggi. Hasil analisis butir soal ditinjau dari tingkat kesukaran yaitu terdapat 6 soal mudah, 17 soal sedang, dan 4 soal sukar, proporsi tingkat kesukaran yang baik ialah 20% mudah, 60% sedang, dan 20% sukar. Ditinjau dari uji daya pembeda soal AKM yang dikembangkan ini memiliki 2 butir soal kriteria kurang baik, 3 butir soal kriteria cukup baik, 10 butir soal kriteria baik, dan 12 butir soal kriteria sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan instrumen AKM yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang baik dan layak dijadikan alat evaluasi. Hasil analisis tingkat kemampuan instrumen AKM menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi membaca siswa termasuk dalam kategori dasar, sedangkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa termasuk dalam kategori cakap. Kata Kunci: asesemen kompetensi minimum, literasi membaca, literasi numerasi, kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan (Ksp) ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a minimum competency assessment test instrument that meets the criteria of a good test and is feasible in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and discriminating power, as well as to determine the level of students' reading literacy and numeracy abilities. The research method used is the development and validation method. The participants involved in this study were 5 experts in chemistry education as validators and 30 class XI students at a high school in Bandung City as respondents. The product of this study is a minimum competency assessment test instrument on solubility material and solubility product consisting of 12 reading literacy questions and 15 numeracy literacy questions. All AKM items were declared valid based on content validity and based on empirical validity, 26 questions were valid and 1 item was invalid. The results of the reliability test for the form of objective questions and description questions were declared reliable with high criteria. The results of the item analysis in terms of difficulty level are 6 easy questions, 17 moderate questions, and 4 difficult questions, the proportion of good difficulty levels is 20% easy, 60% medium, and 20% difficult. Judging from the test of distinguishing power, the developed AKM item has 2 items with poor criteria, 3 items with good criteria, 10 items with good criteria, and 12 items with very good criteria. Overall the AKM instruments developed are of good quality and are worthy of being used as an evaluation tool. The results of the analysis of the ability level of the AKM instrument showed that students' reading literacy skills were included in the basic category, while students' numeracy literacy skills were included in the proficient category.
