Abstract
Anfasa Herbal merupakan salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berlokasi di Bandung, Jawa Barat. UMKM ini bergerak dalam penjualan produk herbal. Meskipun telah menggunakan platform online untuk transaksi pengguna, pemilik Anfasa Herbal menyadari pentingnya memiliki website sendiri guna meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain website Anfasa Herbal yang berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna dengan menggunakan pendekatan inovatif Design thinking. Proses desain tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek tampilan visual antarmuka pengguna (UI) , tetapi juga pada pengalaman pengguna (UX) secara keseluruhan, sehingga desain website dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan khusus pengguna. Kenyamanan dan kepuasan pengguna menjadi hal utama, dan studi ini mencakup rekomendasi untuk antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) guna meningkatkan kesadaran merek serta menciptakan pengalaman yang menyenangkan bagi pengguna saat mengakses website Anfasa Herbal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Design thinking pada saat merancang desain tampilan dan melakukan uji coba terhadap kegunaa serta penilaian System usability scale (SUS) ketika melakukan pengujian rancangan tampilan. Didapatkan skor sebesar 82 dengan rating excellent sehingga rancangan tampilan website yang telah penulis buat telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Anfasa Herbal is one of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) based in Bandung, West Java. This MSMEs specializes in selling herbal products. While the MSMEs has been utilizing online marketplaces for customer transactions, the owner of Anfasa Herbal recognizes the need for a dedicated website to elevate their brand awareness and expand market reach.This research aims to design a user-centric website for Anfasa Herbal using the innovative Design thinking approach. By focusing not only on the visual appeal (user interface) but also on the overall user experience, the design process ensures that the website caters to the specific needs and expectations of the users. User comfort and satisfaction are paramount, and the study includes recommendations for both the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to create a seamless and enjoyable online journey for customers accessing the Anfasa Herbal website. By applying the Design thinking methodology and conducting extensive usability testing, along with utilizing the System usability scale (SUS) for evaluation, a remarkable score of 82 with an "excellent" rating was achieved. This score confirms that the proposed design aligns perfectly with user requirements and provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience. In conclusion, the application of Design thinking in designing the Anfasa Herbal website has produced results according to user needs. Website design increases brand awareness and provides a pleasant user experience, empowering MSMEs to expand market reach
