Abstract

Tesis ini berjudul “Peranan Resource Center dalam Menunjang Pendidikan Inklusif Ramah Anak.” Permasalahan yang diajukan terbagi dalam dua hal yaitu: (1) Kondisi objektif resource center saat ini yang meliputi: (a) Bagaimana program kerjasama resource center X dan Y dengan guru di gugus sekolah reguler dalam menunjang pendidikan inklusif yang ramah anak, (b) Layanan-layanan apa saja yang diberikan resource center X dan Y kepada guru gugus sekolah reguler dalam menunjang pendidikan inklusif ramah anak, (c) Kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi resource center X dan Y dalam menunjang pendidikan inklusif; (2) Konsep resource center X dan Y dalam pengembangan manajemen yang meliputi: (a) Bagaimana rumusan model konsep manajemen resource center yang ada, b) Bagaimana rumusan model konsep manajemen resource center setelah divalidasi. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: (1) Mengetahui program kerjasama resource center X dan Y dengan guru di gugus sekolah reguler dalam menunjang pendidikan inklusif yang ramah anak; (2) Mengetahui layanan-layanan yang diberikan resource center X dan Y kepada guru gugus sekolah reguler dalam menunjang pendidikan inklusif yang ramah anak; (3) Mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi resource center X dan Y dalam menunjang pendidikan pendidikan inklusif; (4) Mengetahui rumusan manajamen resource center; (5) Merumuskan model konsep manajemen resource center setelah divalidasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Adapun proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) tahap yaitu: (1) tahap pertama kondisi objektif resource center saat ini; (2) tahap kedua merumuskan model konsep resource center, kemudian memvalidasi model konsep resource center kepada 5 (lima) orang pakar pendidikan, pada tahap ini menghasilkan model validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resource center X dan resource center Y telah melaksanakan kegiatan kerjasama dan memberikan layanan kepada guru gugus sekolah reguler, anak, orangtua dan masyarakat di lingkungan resource center dalam menunjang pendidikan inklusif yang ramah anak dan mensukseskan wajib belajar 9 tahun yang telah dicanangkan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model konsep resource center yang dinilai oleh 5 (lima) orang pakar pendidikan, yang menghasilkan masukan, saran dan tanggapan baik itu program, layanan dan sebagainya guna penyempurnaan model konsep resource center. Selanjutnya rekomendasi bahwa: lembaga, SDM, orangtua memegang peranan penting dalam kegiatan resource center, begitu pula peneliti selanjutnya dapat melanjutkan penelitian tersebut untuk pengembangan resource center ke depan. The Role of Resources to Support Child Friendly Inclusive Education” is the topic of this thesis. The problem studied here can be divide split up become two parts: (1) current objective condition of resource center that include: (a) how are the resource centers X and Y cooperated with the teachers in regular school to support child friendly inclusive education; (b) what are the services provided by resource centers X and Y to the teacher to support child friendly inclusive education; (c) what are the constraints faced by resource centers X and Y to support to support inclusive education. (2) concept of resource centers X and Y to develop management that include: (a) how is formulation of management concept model of those existing resource centers; (b) how is formulation of management concept model of the resource centers after validated. Purposes of this research are: (1) to know cooperation program of resource centers X and Y with the teachers of regular school to support child friendly inclusive education; (2) what are the services provided by resource centers X and Y to the teacher to support child friendly inclusive education; (3) to know what are the constraints faced by resource centers X and Y to support to support inclusive education; (4) to know formulation of management of resource center; (5) to formulate management concept model of resource center after validated. In this research had been used qualitative approach with case study method. Data of this research are collected by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. This research is carried out in two phase: (1) the first one is current objective condition of resource center; (2) the second phase is to formulate concept model of resource center, and then to validate the concept model of resource center to five (5) educational experts; in this phase will be resulted a validated model. The results of this research indicated that resource center X and resource center Y had been carried out cooperation activities and they had been served the teachers of regular schools, child, parents, and the general public in their environments to support child friendly inclusive education and to succeed 9 years obliged learning that had been declared by government. This research had been resulted concept model of resource center that had been valued by five (5) educational experts and they had provide inputs, recommendations, and comment both on program, service, and others to improve the concept model of resource center. It recommended that institution, human resource, parents are all had important roles in the activities of resource center; and the researcher can to continue the research for future development of resource center.
