Abstract
Adanya permasalahan turnover intention dapat berdampak pada pencapaian keberhasilan dalam perusahaan. Dari data yang telah diperoleh, tingkat turnover intention PT TASPEN (Persero) KCU Bandung setiap tahunnya terus mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai stres kerja, iklim organisasi, dan turnover intention serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan di PT TASPEN (Persero) KCU Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang (keseluruhan pelaksana). Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi koefisiensi korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dan pengujian uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention (0,038 < 0,05). Secara parsial, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention (0,07 > 0,05), dan iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention (0,875 > 0,05). The problem of turnover intention can have an impact on achieving success in the company. From the data obtained, the turnover intention rate of PT TASPEN (Persero) KCU Bandung continues to increase every year. This study aims to determine the description of work stress, organizational climate, and turnover intention and also to determine the effect of work stress and organizational climate on employees turnover intention at PT TASPEN (Persero) KCU Bandung. The research methods used in this study are descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Samples were taken as many as 30 people (all implementers). Data analysis conducted includes pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. And hypothesis testing using F-Test and t-Test. The results showed that work stress and organizational climate simultaneously had a significant effect on turnover intention (0,038 < 0,05). Partially, work stress does not have a significant effect on turnover intention intention (0,07 > 0,05), and organizational climate does not have a significant effect on turnover intention (0,875 > 0,05).
