Abstract

Untuk pembelajaran Informatika di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan suatu pembelajaran baru, karena saat ini sudah menggunakan kurikulum merdeka walaupun masih secara bertahap. Guru dituntut untuk bisa menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan inovatif agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman belajar siswa. Agar siswa dapat memiliki kemampuan tersebut diperlukannya media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi salah satunya adalah Augmented Reality yang mampu memvisualisasikan bentuk 3D secara lebih nyata, khususnya pada materi jaringan dasar dan topologi jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan media pembelajaran topologi jaringan bebasis Augmented Reality beserta modulnya yang dinamakan Magic Book, (2) menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran ini melalui validasi ahli media dan materi, (3) dan mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality. Alasan dilaksanakanya penelitian ini juga karena dilihat dari permasalahan siswa terhadap media pembeljaran yang digunakan oleh guru yang masih konvensioal, yang dilihat dari sumber litereture review dan pengamatan observasi peneliti di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur perancangan proyek MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) yang memiliki 6 tahapan yaitu concept, design, material collecting, testing, assembly, dan distribution. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan skor 3,8 dengan kategori tinggi. Selain itu untuk validasi ahli media mendapatkan skor 76% dengan kategori layak, dan validasi ahli materi mendapatkan skor 96% dengan kategori sangat layak. ----- For Informatics education in Senior High School (SMA), it is a new form of learning because it now uses a more independent curriculum, although it is still implemented gradually. Teachers are expected to be able to use flexible and innovative teaching methods and media to enhance students' motivation and understanding. In order for students to have these abilities, the use of technology-based learning media is needed, such as Augmented Reality, which can visualize 3D shapes more realistically, especially in the topics of basic networking and network topology. This research aims to: (1) develop an Augmented Reality-based network topology learning media and its module called Magic Book, (2) validate the feasibility of this learning media through expert validation in terms of media and content, and (3) determine the level of student motivation after using Augmented Reality-based learning media. The reason for conducting this research is also based on the issues faced by students regarding the conventional learning media used by teachers, as identified through literature reviews and researcher observations in the field. This research adopts the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) project design procedure, which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, testing, assembly, and distribution. The results of this research demonstrate that Augmented Reality-based learning media can enhance student motivation, with a score of 3.8 indicating a high category. Furthermore, the media expert validation obtained a score of 76%, indicating an acceptable category, while the content expert validation obtained a score of 96%, indicating a highly acceptable category.
