Abstract

Fenomena kecemasan akademik pada siswa sekolah dasar bukanlah merupakan persoalan yang baru. Namun masih minim intervensi atau kajian penanganannya. Dalam hal ini siswa perlu memiliki kemampuan regulasi emosi untuk menanganinya. layanan bimbingan berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan tersebut. Namun minimnya bahan ajar untuk layanan bimbingan di sekolah dasar menjadi sebuah tantangan. Penelitian baru-baru ini menunjukan potensi emotional freedom technique sebagai sebuah strategi regulasi emosi untuk mengatasi kecemasan siswa di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain bahan ajar e-modul regulasi emosi berbasis emotional freedom technique untuk mengatasi kecemasan akademik siswa kelas V dan VI sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan model educational design research dari McKenney dan Reeves dengan tahapan analisis dan eksplorasi, desain dan konstruksi dan evaluasi dan refleksi. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahap analisis dan eksplorasi menghasilkan temuan profil kecemasan akademik siswa mayoritas pada kategori sedang. Tahap desain dan konstruksi menghasilkan e-modul divalidasi oleh ahli media mendapatkan persentase 96,87% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, validasi ahli materi mendapatkan persentase 85% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, dari guru mendapatkan persentase 93,75% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”. Tahap evaluasi dan refleksi menunjukan hasil uji coba e-modul pada peserta didik yang dilakukan dengan dua tahap, tahap 1 uji perorangan mendapatkan persentase 98,88% dengan kriteria “sangat praktis”. Tahap 2 uji kelompok kecil mendapatkan persentase 95,12% dengan kriteria “sangat praktis”. Data di atas menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang didesain peneliti telah layak dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam layanan bimbingan di sekolah dasar khususnya untuk kelas V dan VI. The phenomenon of academic anxiety in elementary school students is not a new problem. However, there is still minimal intervention or study of its handling. In this case students need to have the ability to regulate emotions to handle it. Guidance services play an important role in cultivating these abilities. However, the lack of teaching materials for guidance services in elementary schools is a challenge. Recent research has demonstrated the potential of the emotional freedom technique as an emotion regulation strategy to deal with student anxiety in elementary schools. This study aims to design teaching materials for e-module emotion regulation based on emotional freedom technique to overcome academic anxiety for students in grades V and VI of elementary schools. This study uses the educational design research model from McKenney and Reeves with the stages of analysis and exploration, design and construction and evaluation and reflection. Collecting data in this study using interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The analysis and exploration phase resulted in the findings of most students' academic anxiety profiles in the moderate category. The design and construction phase resulted in the e-module being validated by media experts getting a percentage of 96.87% with the criteria of "very feasible", validation by material experts getting a percentage of 85% with the criteria of "very feasible", from the teacher getting a percentage of 93.75% with the criteria of " very worth it”. The evaluation and reflection stages show the results of the e-module trial on students which was carried out in two stages, stage 1 the individual test obtained a percentage of 98.88% with the "very practical" criteria. Phase 2 of the small group test obtained a percentage of 95.12% with the "very practical" criteria. The data above shows that the e-module designed by the researcher is feasible and practical for use in guidance services in elementary schools, especially for grades V and VI.
