Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk menilai kualitas SDM di perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan mengukur produktivitas pekerja. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas kerja dapat menjadi informasi yang bermanfaat untuk manajemen perusahaan sebagai perbandingan atau pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan untuk perbaikan kinerja maupun prosedur perusahaan agar menjadi lebih baik. Perlu dibuat sebuah sistem informasi manajemen untuk mengelola data produktivitas sebagai alat bantu dalam mengambil keputusan. Maka dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang purwarupa dashboard untuk pengukuran produktivitas kerja dengan metode Design Thinking serta mengetahui hasil uji kelayakannya dengan usability testing. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan pendekatan model design thinking dalam merancang purwarupa dengan tahapan seperti Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype dan Testing dengan uji usability meliputi aspek efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa purwurapa dashboard yang telah dirancang berhasil memecahkan masalah dengan ide solusi berupa fitur-fitur yang bermanfaat yang diterapkan menjadi desain purwarupa. Usability testing pada aspek efektivitas memperoleh hasil yang sempurna, pada aspek efisiensi didapatkan waktu yang relatif cepat (positif) dan kepuasan pengguna menghasilkan nilai rata-rata SUS 83,75 dengan kategori acceptable. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dengan mengadaptasi metode design thinking dapat membantu dalam merancang purwarupa dashboard yang baik dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sehingga dapat menjadi pedoman dalam pengembangan lanjutan menjadi dashboard berbasis website. ----- One way to assess the quality of human resources in a company is by measuring worker productivity. Measuring work productivity is crucial information for company management to compare or consider making decisions to improve company performance and procedures. Creating a management information system to manage productivity data is necessary to make informed decisions. This research aimed to design a dashboard prototype for measuring work productivity using the Design Thinking method and to test its feasibility through usability testing. The research and development approach followed the Design Thinking model stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing with usability tests covering aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that the dashboard prototype successfully solved the problem with useful features that were implemented into a prototype design. Usability testing revealed perfect results on the effectiveness aspect, a relatively fast time on the efficiency aspect, and an average value of SUS 83.75 in the acceptable category on user satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that adapting the Design Thinking method can help in designing dashboard prototypes that are user-friendly and according to user needs, providing guidance for further development into a website-based dashboard.
