Abstract

Education is one of the most effective tool to transform human beings. Along with the globalization continues to occur at high speed that touches every aspect of human life globally also touched education. These changes make the college market and competition becomes more widespread than previously and the relative move faster than the ability of universities to respond. There is now a ranking of universities in the world of international standard by institutions recognized by the world, universities in Indonesia is the world's top 50 universities, including both versions of Webometrics and QS World University Rankings. This shows that the weak competitiveness of universities in Indonesia compared with universities abroad that ultimately the competitiveness of these colleges will build the image of college. The image has a very important meaning for the institution. The image is an important factor that interacts with the consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Direct experience has a strong influence on image The method used in this study is descriptif survey and explanatory survey of a sample size of 100 foreign students at three universities in the ITB Bandung, UNPAD and UPI. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through a literature study and questionnaire. As for measuring the magnitude of the effect of quality education services to the satisfaction of students and their impact on efforts to improve the image of public universities in Bandung used SEM analysis (Structural Equation Modelling). The results revealed that the quality of education services has a positive effect on student satisfaction and student satisfaction have a positive influence on the image of public universities in Bandung. Service attributes that should be prioritized or that should receive more attention or repaired so that its performance increases, among others: student dormitory, IT Infrastructure, medism facilities, and potential staff such as work ethic, flexibility, precision, discipline, creativity and innovation, integrity and responsibility answer
