Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan pemetik teh PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Ciater Kabupaten Subang mengalami fluktuatif cenderung menurun. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah motivasi kerja, tingkat upah dan pengalaman kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan pemetik teh PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Ciater Kabupaten Subang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey ekplanatori. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi. Sedangkan yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh karyawan pemetik teh PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Ciater Kabupaten Subang dengan sampel 239 orang karyawan yang diambil dari 5 afdeling secara random. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa produktivitas karyawan pemetik teh tergolong rendah, motivasi kerja rendah, tingkat upah tergolong sedang yaitu berada Rp. 750.000,- sampai dengan Rp. 950.000,- dan pengalaman kerja tinggi. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja dan tingkat upah berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan sedangkan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Kata kunci : produktivitas, motivasi kerja, tingkat upah dan pengalaman kerja. Abstract Employee productivity of tea pickers PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Ciater Subang Regency Gardens experiencing declining fluctuate. This is caused by several factors such as motivation, wage levels and work experience. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect employee productivity of tea pickers PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Ciater Subang Regency Gardens. The method used in this study is a survey ekplanatori. To test the hypothesis used regression analysis. While the populations are all employees of tea pickers PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Ciater Subang Regency Gardens with a sample of 239 employees drawn from a random section 5. From the results of this research is that the tea pickers employee productivity is low, motivation is low, wages are classified as being the Rp. 750.000, - to Rp. 950.000, - high and job experience. From the data analysis it can be seen that the motivation and positive influence on wage levels of employee productivity while working experience negatively affect employee productivity.
