Abstract

Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2018, lebih dari sepertiga orang dewasa di Indonesia merokok (34,8%). Prevalensi perokok di Provinsi Jawa Barat mencapai 31,9%, sementara prevalensi perokok di Kabupaten Sumedang mencapai 36,48%. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 37,43% populasi usia 15 tahun ke atas di Kabupaten Sumedang yang bersekolah SMP ke atas dan 35,36% untuk SD ke bawah memiliki kebiasaan merokok. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan perokok aktif dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X dan XI di SMK 1 Pemuda Sumedang. Metode penelitian: Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif kolerasi. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan sampel 170 orang. Instrumen penelitian yaitu kuesioner melalui Gform. analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji Spearmen Rho. Hasil penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar responden termasuk kategori perokok ringan (1- 10batang/hari) sebanyak 161 responden (94,7), dan lebih dari setengahnya nilai rata-rata raport responden dengan kategori “Cukup” sebanyak 125 orang (73,5%). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Spearmen rho didapatkan nilai p 0,61. Nilai α pada penlitian menggunakan 0,05, dapat dikatakan nilai p>α dengan kata lain bahwa tidak adanya hubungan antara Perokok Aktif dengan Prestasi Belajar. Kesimpulan: Pada penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa berdasarkan data hasil penelitian hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Sebagian besar Siswa kelas X dan XI di SMK 1 Pemuda Sumedang dapat menghabiskan rokok dalam sehari 1-10 batang dengan jumlah 161 orang (94,7%). 2) Nilai rata-rata raport siswa kelas X dan XI di SMK 1 Pemuda Sumedang lebih dari setengahnya pada kategori Cukup sebanyak 125 orang (71,5%). 3) Berdasarkan hasil tabulasi silang data kategori perokok aktif dengan data nilai rata-rata raport siswa menggunakan uji Spearmen rho bahwa tidak adanya Hubungan secara signifikan antara perokok aktif dengan prestasi belajar. Background: Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2018, more than a third of adults in Indonesia smoke (34.8%). The prevalence of smokers in West Java Province reached 31.9%, while the prevalence of smokers in Sumedang Regency reached 36.48%. The data shows that around 37.43% of the population aged 15 years and over in Sumedang District who attend junior high school and above and 35.36% for elementary school and below have a smoking habit. Research Objectives: to determine the relationship between active smoking and student achievement in grades X and XI at SMK 1 Pemuda Sumedang. Research method: The research method used is quantitative correlation. In this study, researchers used an accidental sampling technique with a sanple of 170 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire through Gform. The data analysis used was the Spearman Rho test. Research results: Based on the results of the study showed that most of the respondents belonged to the category of light smokers (1-10 cigarettes/day) as many as 161 respondents (94.7), and more than half of the average value of the respondents' report cards in the "Enough" category were 125 people (73.5%). Based on the results of statistical tests using the Spearman rho test, the p value was 0.61. The value of α in the research uses 0.05, it can be said that the value of p> α in other words that there is no relationship between Active Smokers and Learning Achievement. Conclusion: In this study it can be concluded that based on research data the results are as follows: 1) Most students in grades X and XI at SMK 1 Pemuda Sumedang can smoke 1-10 cigarettes in a day with a total of 161 people (94.7%). 2) The average value of class X and XI report cards at SMK 1 Pemuda Sumedang is more than half in the Enough category with 125 people (71.5%). 3) Based on the results of cross-tabulation of active smoking category data with data on the average value of student reports using the Spearmen rho test that there is no significant relationship between active smoking and learning achievement.
