Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan kecakapan hidup (life skills) dan keterampilan bermain melalui aktivitas ekstrakurikuler permainan futsal. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian yaitu Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini pada anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMPN 14 Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah LSSS (Life Skills Scale for Sport) dan GPAI ( Game Performance Assement Intrument ). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut; (1) terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan komponen life skills dan keterampilan bermain pada kelompok sampel yang diberikan program aktivitas futsal dengan model pembelajaran TGfU terintegrasi life skills (kelompok eksperimen), (2) hasil uji paired samples t-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan terhadap pengembangan komponen life skills dan keterampilan bermain pada kelompok sampel yang diberikan program aktivitas futsal dengan model pembelajaran TGfU non-integrasi life skills (kelompok control), (3) kedua kelompok tersebut dibandingkan dengan menggunakan uji statsitik independent samples t-test, dari nilai rata-rata gaint score kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control dapat disimpulkan perbandingan kedua kelompok ini bahwa kelompok eksperimen lebih efektif dan signifikan perkembangan komponen life skills nya dibandingkan kelompok control, (4) komponen life Skills yang mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan yaitu problem solving and decision making pada kelompok eksperiment pada kelompok control yaitu emotional skills. Kata Kunci: Life skills, Ekstrakurikuler, Futsal, TGfU This study aims to determine the development of life skills and play skills through futsal game extracurricular activities. The research was carried out using the experimental method, with the research design being the Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design. The sample in this study was 24 members of the futsal extracurricular activity at SMPN 14 Bandung City. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The instruments used are LSSS (Life Skills Scale for Sport) and GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument). Based on the research results obtained; (1) the results of the paired samples t-test showed that there was a significant increase in the development of the life skills component and playing skills in the sample group that was given the futsal activity program with the life skills integrated TGfU learning model (experimental group), (2) the results of the paired tests samples t-test shows that there is an increase in the development of life skills components and playing skills in the sample group given the futsal activity program with the TGfU non-integrated life skills learning model (control group), (3) the two groups are compared using independent statistical tests samples t-test, from the average gain scores of the experimental group and the control group it can be concluded that the comparison of the two groups shows that the experimental group is more effective and significant in the development of its life skills component than the control group, (4) the life skills component has experienced a significant increase n, namely problem solving and decision making in the experimental group, and the control group, namely emotional skills.
