Abstract

ABSTRAK Fenomena berperilaku bebas tanpa didasari pertimbangan moral, nilai, maupun agama, dewasa ini semakin marak terutama menimpa pergaulan remaja yang tampak tidak mengenal etika kesantunan yang semestinya ditunjukan sebagai hasil dari pendidikan di sekolah. Karena itu, proses internalisasi nilai dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah menjadi agenda penting yang harus terus dilakukan dalam rangka membentuk pribadi yang memiliki karakter sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai kesantunan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan Subang. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif yang disusun berdasarkan paradigma fenomenologi. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa nilai kesantunan diinternalisasikan melalui proses transinformasi nilai, transaksi nilai, dan transinternalisasi nilai yang diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran PAI dan dilaksanakan dengan meliputi lima dimensi inti, yakni: Modelling (mencontohkan); Informing (menginformasikan); Feeling (meyakinkan/ menyadarkan); Directing (mengarahkan/mengawasi); dan Affirmation (penegasan). Adapun secara khusus hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kesantunan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan Subang, berupa mengucapkan salam dan saling bersalaman ketika bertemu, berbicara santun dan berpenampilan rapih. (2) proses trans-informasi nilai kesantunan dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pemahaman atau informasi (Informing) yang dilakukan secara terencana, sistematis dan terukur. (3) proses transaksi nilai kesantunan dilakukan dengan memberikan contoh (Modelling), melalui keteladanan dan latihan, (4) proses transinternalisasi nilai kesantunan dilakukan dengan memberikan penguatan (Affirmation) dan mengarahkan (Directing) serta menanamkan keyakinan dan kesadaran diri (Feeling) untuk berperilaku santun. (5) Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam internalisasi nilai kesantunan, di antaranya: pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan siswa di luar sekolah; pengaruh media sosial; faktor internal diri siswa; dan terbatasnya jam pelajaran PAI di Sekolah. Kemudian alternatif solusi yang dilakukan: memberikan penguatan dengan mengingatkan dan menasihati siswa; mengadakan program home visit; pembatasan penggunaan Handphone; melakukan kerjasama dengan orang tua/ wali siswa; dan memperluas proses internalisasi nilai kesantunan. ABSTRACT The phenomenon of free behavior without being based on moral, value or religious considerations is becoming increasingly widespread, especially in the association of adolescents who seem to be ignorant of the politeness ethics that should be shown as a result of education in schools. Therefore, the process of internalizing values in the implementation of education in schools is an important agenda that must be carried out continuously in order to form individuals who have character in accordance with national education goals. This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing politeness values in Islamic Religious Education learning to shape the religious character of students at SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan Subang. This research used a qualitative research design based on the phenomenological paradigm. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews and documents. The results of the study reveal that the value of politeness is internalized through a process of value trans-information, value transaction, and value trans-internalization which is integrated into Islamic Education Subject in learning process and implemented by covering five core dimensions, namely: Modeling; Informing; Feeling; Directing; and Affirmation. Specifically, the results of the study show: (1) Politeness of the students of SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan Subang, in the form of greeting and shaking hands when meeting, speaking politely and looking neat. (2) The process of trans-information of politeness values is carried out to provide understanding or information (informing) in a planned, systematic and measurable manner. (3) The politeness value transaction process is carried out by modeling, through exemplary and training, (4) the politeness value trans-internalization process is carried out by providing affirmation and directing as well as instilling confidence and self-awareness (feeling) to be polite. (5) Obstacles encountered in internalizing politeness values, including: the influence of the social environment of students outside of school; social media influence; students' internal factors; and the limited hours of PAI lessons in schools. Then, alternative solutions are carried out with providing reinforcement by reminding and advising students; organize home visit programs; restrictions on the use of cellphones; work together with parents of students; and expanding the process of internalizing the value of politeness.
