Abstract

Kampung adat memiliki suatu kemampuan yang dapat disebut sebagai potensi untuk mensejahterakan masyarakatnya. Kampung Adat Banceuy merupakan salah satu kampung adat yang berada di Jawa Barat yang belum memiliki peta sebaran potensi dan wilayah yang sesuai dengan kaidah kartografis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pembuatan peta sebaran potensi dengan cara melakukan identifikasi sebaran potensi dan penegasan batas wilayah yang ada di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei lapangan, kartometrik, dan analisis sebaran potensi dengan menggunakan analisis tetangga terdekat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat identifikasi sebaran potensi sebanyak 30 titik. Terdapat perubahan luas wilayah adat sebesar 200,27 Ha. Menjadi 177,65 Ha. Melalui pemetaan partisipatif diketahui kepemilikan potensi dari tempat wisata Curug Bentang, melalui pemetaan partisipatif diketahui yang sebenarnya batas dari wilayah sebelah selatan, barat, dan utara. Hasil analisis sebaran potensi menggunakan analisis tetangga terdekat menghasilkan perhitungan bahwa pola sebaran potensi yang dimiliki Kampung Adat Banceuy memiliki pola mengelompok (Clustered). Peta hasil berupa sebaran potensi dan batas wilayah Kampung Adat Banceuy untuk memperkuat hak-hak adat. Hasil berupa peta ini diharapkan bisa menjadi alat untuk menjaga dan mengembangkan segala potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kampung Adat Banceuy. Banceuy Traditional Village is one of the traditional villages in West Java that does not yet have a map of the distribution of potentials and areas in accordance with cartographic rules. The purpose of this research is to make a map of the potential distribution by identifying the potential distribution and confirming the boundaries of the areas in it. This study uses the with participatory mapping through field surveys, cartometrics, and potential distribution analysis using nearest neighbor analysis. The results showed that there was an identification of the potential distribution of 30 points. There is a difference in the area of customary territory resulting from a field survey of 200,27 Ha, while using the cartometric method it becomes 177,65 ha. Through participatory mapping, the potential ownership of the Curug Bentang tourist spot is known, and through participatory mapping, the actual boundaries of the south, west, and north areas are identified. The results of the analysis of the potential distribution using the nearest neighbor analysis resulted in the calculation that the pattern of potential distribution owned by the Banceuy Traditional Village has a clustered pattern. The resulting map shows the potential distribution and boundaries of the Banceuy Traditional Village area to strengthen customary rights. It is hoped that the results in the form of this map can become a tool for maintaining and developing all the potential possessed by the Banceuy Traditional Village.
