    Abstract

    Serang Regency is one of Indonesia's largest industrial areas. As the largest industrial area, Serang Regency requires clean water service providers. PT Sarana Catur Tirta Kelola (SCTK) as a private clean water infrastructure company operating in Serang Regency. SCTK does not yet have an infrastructure asset map. Therefore, it is the largest supplier of clean water with 186 customers in the Industrial Estate. So it is necessary to map infrastructure assets with the aim of analyzing the distribution of clean water infrastructure assets, evaluating the
    formation of pipeline network simulations, and analyzing pipeline leaks at SCTK. This study uses a quantitative method with a Geographic Information System approach. The results of the study show that the location of the distribution of
    infrastructure assets is in Bandung District, Cikande District, and Kibin District. Establishment of a distribution pipeline network simulation (EPANET) that runs successfully to produce pressure and velocity data. Utilization of the Geographic
    Information System (GIS) produces an analysis of pipeline leaks at SCTK. Then the research produces a map of pipe networks, maps of pipe accessories, maps of customer distribution, maps of infrastructure assets, and maps of potential pipe leaks. Thus, research on the location of the distribution of infrastructure assets can be used as a basis for collecting data and monitoring the condition of infrastructure
    assets related to efforts to maintain infrastructure assets. Then the establishment of a pipeline network simulation as a basis for considering and determining priority areas related to efforts to add pipelines in new areas. As well as basic GIS in
    mapping pipe leaks to minimize network leaks.
