Abstract

Di era perkembangan teknologi yang terus berkembang, setiap orang dituntut untuk bisa menguasainya. Begitu juga dengan penyandang tunanetra yang memiliki hak untuk mendapat kemudahan dalam pemenuhan informasi, komunikasi dan teknologi. Salah satu cara agar penyandang tunanetra mendapat keterampilan TIK yakni melalui layanan program pembelajaran di sekolah luar biasa. SLB Negeri A Citeureup Cimahi merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki layanan program pembelajaran vokasional TIK. Berdasarkan penelitian pendahuluan, ditemukan beberapa kendala diantaranya berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan pengembangan program pembelajaran vokasional TIK bagi peserta didik tunanetra di SLB Negeri A Citeureup Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Program pembelajaran vokasional TIK bagi peserta didik tunanetra bersifat wajib bagi kelas VII. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara umum, program pembelajaran vokasional TIK di SLB Negeri A Citeureup Cimahi sudah berjalan cukup baik. Kendala yang ditemukan yakni belum adanya instrumen pembelajaran TIK, belum adanya headset/ headphone, modul ajar yang baru memenuhi kompenen minimal, serta belum ada program khusus yang mendukung peserta didik dalam melanjutkan kuliah yang menjadi urgensi dari program vokasional TIK ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi bagi guru untuk melengkapi instrumen, laporan asesmen pembelajaran TIK, dan modul ajar. Sedangkan bagi sekolah yakni meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana agar pembelajaran lebih optimal. In the era of technological development that continues to grow, everyone is required to be able to know it. Likewise, people with visual impairment have the right to get convenience in the realization of information, communication and technology. One of the ways for people with visual impairment to acquire ICT skills is through learning program services in special schools. SLB Negeri A Citeureup Cimahi is one of the schools that have ICT learning vocational program services. Based on the preliminary research, several problems were found including those related to facilities that were not optimal. This study aims to determine ICT vocational learning programs for students with visual impairment at SLB Negeri A Citeureup Cimahi. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques with observation, interview, and documentation. ICT vocational learning programs for students with visual impairment are mandatory for class VII. From the results of the study, it was found that in general, the ICT vocational learning program at SLB Negeri A Citeureup Cimahi has been running quite well. The problems found no ICT learning instruments yet, no headsets/headphones yet, teaching modules that only met the minimum components, and there are no special programs that support students in continuing their studies which is the urgency of this ICT vocational program. This research resulted in recommendations for teachers to complete instruments, ICT learning assessment reports, and teaching modules, and for schools are improving facilities and infrastructure so that learning is more optimal.
