Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI WISATA GASTRONOMI HALAL DI KABUPATEN CIANJUR Muhamad Syahpril Riano ABSTRAK Kabupaten Cianjur merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Barat yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah dan potensi wisatanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan inventory terhadap makanan dan minuman, mengetahui daya tarik wisata gastronomi halal yang berada di Kabupaten Cianjur, mengetahui sejauh mana upaya pengembangan dari pemerintah Kabupaten Cianjur, terakhir adalah membuat contoh paket wisata gastronomi halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mix methode research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, hasil inventory yang dilakukan peneliti mendapatkan 6 klasifikasi makanan yaitu klasifikasi lauk pauk, sepinggan, kudapan, oleh-oleh, sambal, dan minuman khas. Didapatkan 4 destinasi daya tarik wisata yang unggulan di Kabupaten Cianjur. Upaya pengembangan wisata gastronomi halal yang dilakukan pemerintah belum dijalankan dilihat dari belum adanya program kerja yang terlaksana yang melibatkan MUI. Pemerintah Cianjur berfokus pada pengembangan wisata alam, sejarah. Pengembangan wisata gastronomi Kabupaten Cianjur berada pada Kuadran 1 dengan strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy) dan menemukan 10 strategi pengembangan. POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF HALAL GASTRONOMIC TOURISM IN CIANJUR DISTRICT Muhamad Syahpril Riano Abstract Cianjur Regency is one of the districts in West Java which has abundant natural resources and tourism potential. This study aims to inventory food and beverages, determine the attractiveness of halal gastronomic tourism in Cianjur Regency, determine the extent of development efforts of the Cianjur Regency government, and finally make examples of halal gastronomic tour packages. The method used is qualitative and quantitative methods (mix method research). The data collection techniques used in this study were through observation, questionnaires, interviews, the results of the inventory conducted by the researcher obtained 6 food classifications, namely the classification of side dishes, sepinggan, snacks, souvenirs, chili sauce, and typical drinks. There were 4 leading tourist attraction destinations in Cianjur Regency. Efforts to develop halal gastronomic tourism carried out by the government have not been carried out as seen from the absence of an implemented work program involving the MUI. The Cianjur government focuses on developing natural, historical tourism. The development of gastronomic tourism in Cianjur Regency is in Quadrant 1 with the strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy) and find 10 development strategies.
