    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa simulator penentuan
    jumlah air kristal senyawa hidrat berbasis smartphone dengan menggunakan
    metode ADDIE. Simulator yang telah dibuat diuji dengan cara uji coba terbatas
    dengan partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 5 peserta didik SMA kelas 10 yang sudah
    mempelajari materi senyawa hidrat dan 3 pendidik kimia dari SMAN 15 Negeri.
    Dari hasil analisis didapatkan, karakteristik aplikasi yang dibutuhkan dalam segi
    media yaitu teks sebagai media untuk petunjuk penggunaan, gambar sebagai media
    untuk menggambarkan alat dan bahan di dalam simulator, animasi sebagai media
    yang menggambarkan fenomena dehidrasi, dan simulasi sebagai peragaan yang
    menggambarkan prosedur percobaan senyawa hidrat yang sesungguhnya.
    Sedangkan dari segi konten mencangkup fenomena dehidrasi senyawa hidrat dan
    penentuan jumlah air kristal dalam suatu senyawa hidrat. Dari hasil kelayakan
    simulator oleh dosen ahli dinilai sangat layak baik dari segi media maupun segi
    konten dengan beberapa catatan perbaikan. Dari hasil uji coba terbatas didapatkan
    tanggapan pendidik bahwa simulator yang telah dikembangkan dapat
    diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran dengan beberapa saran yang perlu
    ditambahkan. Sedangkan mengenai penilaian dari peserta didik simulator yang
    telah dikembangkan dapat membantu menyediakan proses pembelajaran senyawa
    hidrat dengan beberapa catatan saran yang perlu ditambahkan.

    The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of a smartphone-
    based simulator for determining the amount of crystal water of hydrate compounds
    using the ADDIE method. The simulator that was created was tested by means of a
    limited trial with research participants consisting of 5 grade 10 high school
    students who had studied hydrate compounds and 3 chemistry educators from
    SMAN 15 Negeri. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the required
    application characteristics in terms of media were text as a medium for instructions
    for use, images as a medium for describing tools and materials in the simulator,
    animation as a medium for describing the phenomenon of dehydration, and
    simulation as a demonstration illustrating experimental procedures for hydrate
    compounds. The real. Meanwhile, in terms of content, it covers the phenomenon of
    dehydration of hydrate compounds and determining the amount of crystal water in
    a hydrate compound. From the results of the feasibility of the simulator by expert
    lecturers it was considered very feasible both in terms of media and content with
    several notes of improvement. From the results of the limited trial, it was found that
    the educators responded that the simulator that had been developed could be
    implemented in learning with some suggestions that needed to be added.
    Meanwhile, regarding the assessment of students, the simulator that has been
    developed can help provide a learning process for hydrate compounds with a few
    notes of suggestions that need to be added.
