Abstract

ABSTRAK PERBANDINGAN METODE INTERVAL TRAINING DAN CONTINUOUS ACTIVITY TERHADAP VO2MAX ATLET DAYUNG PERAHU NAGA KABUPATEN BOGOR Widya Cahyaning Prayugi 1900745 Fakultas Pendidikan Olahraga Dan Kesehatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Pembimbing : Iman Imanudin, S.Pd., M.Pd., dr. Hamidie Ronald D Ray, M.Pd.,Ph.D. Dayung ialah sebuah olahraga yang menggunakan dayung dan berlangsung di atas sungai, danau, dan laut, dayungpun merupakan olahraga dengan modal salah satunya daya tahan Vo2max. Ketika Vo2max yang dimiliki lebih unggul dibanding lawan saat bertanding tidak menutup kemungkinan akan mendapatkan juara pada setiap pertandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manakah yang lebih efisien dalam meningkatkan kapasitas Vo2max atlet dengan mengadakan eksperimen dari kedua metode yakni interval training atau continuous activity. Metode eksperimen dengan desain Two-grup pretest-posttest. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Balke test. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan sampel merupakan anggota PODSI Kabupaten Bogor 14 orang putri. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, Dalam perbandingan ini menunjukan terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan pada data Interval training Paired Sample Test pretest dan posttest sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,003 < 0,05 yang menunjukan adanya perbedaan meningkat dengan metode tersebut. Sedangkan pada hasil data yang didapat dari metode continuous activity tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dengan sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,11 < 0,05. Hamidie Ronald D Ray, M.Pd., Ph.D. Rowing is a sport that uses rowing and takes place on rivers, lakes, and the sea, rowing is also a sport with capital, one of which is Vo2max endurance. When the Vo2max is superior to the opponent when competing, it is possible to get a champion in every match. This study aims to find out which one is more efficient in increasing the Vo2max capacity of athletes by conducting experiments from both methods, namely interval training or continuous activity. Experimental method with two-group pretest-posttest design. The instrument in this study used the Balke test. The samples used in this study used the Purposive Sampling technique and the samples were members of PODSI Bogor Regency 14 women.
