Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan strategi business model canvas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran strategi business model canvas saat ini, mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi business model canvas dengan menggunakan business model canvas evaluation dan mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan strategi business model canvas pada UMKM RG Design. Objek yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah RG Design karena adanya permasalahan dalam kurangnya pemanfaatan dan pengoptimalan peluang bisnis yang ada dan pengembangan untuk mempertahankan bisnis di tengah ketatnya persaingan bisnis konveksi dan sablon. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumen dan triangulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tools business model canvas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran strategi business model canvas RG Design saat ini yang menunjukkan produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan kepada pelanggan dengan nilai proposisi kinerja, desain, harga, pengurangan resiko, kemampuan dalam mengakses dan kenyamanan dengan saluran pemasaran melalui media social Facebook, Instagram, dan WhatsApp Bisnis dan e-commerce Shopee, Lazada dan Tokopedia. Pendapatan didapatkan dari penjualan produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi seluruh elemen BMC RG Design berwarna kuning yang mengindikasikan kondisi waspada terhadap ancaman yang ada. Sehingga RG Design harus secepatnya mengambil kebijakan yang tepat. Pengembangan strategi business model canvas yang dilakukan terhadap RG Design dapat memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam inovasi, perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi bisnis maupun pengembangan bisnis RG Design. Pengembangan yang dilakukan dapat memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang ada pada RG Design serta memenuhi berbagai keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan lebih baik. This research focuses on developing a business model canvas strategy. The purpose of this research was to find out how the current business model canvas strategy were described, find out how to evaluate the business model canvas using business model canvas evaluation and find out how to develop a business model canvas strategy at UMKM RG Design. The object chosen in this study is RG Design because of the problems in the lack of utilization and optimization of existing business opportunities and development to maintain business in the midst of intense competition in the convection and screen printing business. This research method used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documents and triangulation. The data analysis used is the business model canvas tool. The results of this study shows an overview of RG Design's current business model canvas strategy which shows the products and services offered to customers with the value propositions of performance, design, price, risk reduction, ability to access and convenience with marketing channels through social media Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business and e-commerce Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia. Revenue is obtained from the sale of products and services offered. Based on the evaluation results, all elements of BMC RG Design are yellow, which indicates a state of alert to existing threats. So that RG Design must immediately take the right policy. The development of a business model canvas strategy carried out on RG Design can facilitate decision making in innovation, planning, implementation, business evaluation and business development of RG Design. The development carried out can provide solutions to existing problems at RG Design and better fulfill the various wants and needs of customers.
