Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca nyaring siswa dengan media Let’s Read dengan pendekatan EMRED untuk peningkatan kemampuan membaca nyaring pada siswa kelas 3 SDN Serang 07 pada pembelajara Bahasa Indonesia tema 2. Pendekatan EMRED menurut salim (2022) terdiri dalima lima unsur yaitu Emmersion, Modelling, Repetition, Exploration, dan Demonstration. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes unjuk kerja dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan analisis data pada tahap pra siklus di peroleh nilai rata-rata kelas 62,9 dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa 42%. Pada tahap siklus I dengan menerapkan media Let’s Read untuk peningkatan kemampuan membaca nyaring siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata 69,3 dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa 48%, akan tetapi hasil dari siklus I belum mencapai indikator ketuntasan oleh sebab itu peneliti melanjutkan ke siklus II. Pada tahap siklus II dengan menerapkan media Let’s Read di peroleh nilai 72,2 dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal 77%. Dari hasil penilaian pada siklus II indikator keberhasilan ini telah tercapai denan nilai rata-rata kelas >70 (KKM) dan presentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa 71%-80% (Tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil diatas disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan media Let’s Read dengan pendekatan EMRED dapat meningkatan kemampuan membaca nyaring pada siswa kelas 3 SDN Serang 07. The purpose of this study is to examine students' ability to read aloud using Let's Read media and the EMRED strategy to increase students' ability to read aloud in grade 3 students at SDN Serang 07 learning Indonesian theme 2. The researcher obtained an average score of 69.3 with a 48% classical student completeness percentage in the first cycle stage by using Let's Read media to improve students' reading aloud skills, but the results of cycle I had not yet reached the completeness indicator, so the researcher continued to cycle II. Using Let's Read media, a score of 72.2 was attained in the second cycle stage, with a classical completion percentage of 77%. Based on the results of the cycle II assessment, this success criterion was attained with a class average score of >70 (KKM) and a proportion of students' classical completeness of 71% -80%. (High). Based on the findings, it was determined that studying using Let's Read media using the EMRED technique might benefit pupils in class 3 at SDN Serang 07.
