Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis evaluasi program pelatihan Barista di UPTD BLK Sumedang. Jawaban dari rumusan masalah penelitian ini meliputi deskripsi dan analisis kesesuaian program pelatihan barista yang dilakukan di UPTD BLK Sumedang dilihat dari komponen Context, deskripsi dan analisis kondisi faktor penunjang program pelatihan barista di UPTD BLK Sumedang dilihat dari komponen Input, deskripsi dan analisis pelaksanaan program pelatihan barista di UPTD BLK Sumedang dilihat dari komponen Process, dan deskripsi dan analisis keberhasilan program pelatihan barista di UPTD BLK Sumedang dilihat dari komponen Product. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan analisa dokumen. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles & Hubberman, yang dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan di UPTD BLK Sumedang menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi terhadap pengelolaan pendidikan dan pelatihan Barista di UPTD BLK Sumedang khususnya pada tahap evaluasi program pendikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu UPTD BLK Sumedang dalam mengembangkan pelatihan yang sudah ada, maupun yang akan diajukan di masa mendatang dan dapat menjadi pertimbangan dan diskusi pihak lembaga untuk evaluasi yang lebih baik lagi, sehingga terciptanya program pelatihan dan evaluasi yang ideal. This study aims to describe and analyze the evaluation of the Barista training program at UPTD BLK Sumedang. The answer to the formulation of the research problem includes a description and analysis of the suitability of the barista training program conducted at UPTD BLK Sumedang in terms of Context components, description and analysis of the condition of the supporting factors for the barista training program at UPTD BLK Sumedang seen from the Input components, description and analysis of the implementation of the barista training program at UPTD BLK Sumedang seen from the Process components, and a description and analysis of the success of the barista training program at UPTD BLK Sumedang in terms of Product components. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out using three methods, namely observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles & Hubberman model, which is divided into three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The evaluation carried out at UPTD BLK Sumedang used the CIPP evaluation model. This research resulted in recommendations for the management of Barista education and training at UPTD BLK Sumedang, especially at the evaluation stage of the education and training program. This research is expected to be able to assist UPTD BLK Sumedang in developing existing training, as well as those that will be proposed in the future and can be considered and discussed by the institution for even better evaluation, so as to create an ideal training and evaluation program.
