Abstract

Abstrak : Kemampuan pemecahan masalah harus dimiliki dan dikembangkan pada siswa karena diharapkan siswa mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan mandiri maupun berkolaborasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari berdasarkan kompetensi pembelajaran matematika, yaitu kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Tulisan ini akan membahas pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi besaran sudut di kelas IV SDN Cipocok Jaya 1 tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dapat dilakukan dengan beragam, salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran problem based learning. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tulisan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi besaran sudut di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik eksperimen bentuk quasi experimental design yang di analisis dengan bantuan SPSS 25 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa setelah model pembelajaran problem based learning pada materi besaran sudut mengalami peningkatan termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata hasil postes dan pretes kelas eksperimen sebesar 70,64 dari 49,52. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata N-Gain score uji kelas eksperimen 0,4061 dikategori sedang. Artinya dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada materi besaran sudut berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa SDN Cipocok Jaya 1. Kata kunci: Kemampuan pemecahan masalah, Problem Based Learning, Pengaruh Abstract: Problem solving skills must be possessed and developed in students because it is expected that students are able to solve problems independently or collaborate in daily life based on mathematics learning competencies, namely problem solving skills. This paper will discuss the influence of problem-based learning models on problem-solving ability in angular size material in grade IV SDN Cipocok Jaya 1 school year 2022/2023. In improving problem-solving skills, it can be done variously, one of which is a problem-based learning model. Based on this, this paper was made with the aim of determining the influence of problem-based learning models on problem-solving ability in angular material in grade IV elementary school. The method used in this study is quantitative with quasi-experimental design experimental form experimental techniques which are analyzed with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows. Based on the results of data analysis, after the problem-based learning model, the angular magnitude material has increased to be included in the moderate category. This can be seen from the increase in the average results of postes and experimental class pretests by 70.64 from 49.52. Meanwhile, the average N-Gain score of the experimental class test of 0.4061 is categorized as moderate. This means that the Problem Based Learning learning model in the angular magnitude material affects the problem-solving ability of students at SDN Cipocok Jaya 1.
