Abstract
Kegiatan yang timbul akibat interaksi antara aktivitas manusia dan lingkungan di Waduk Saguling berpotensi menyebabkan terjadinya degradasi seperti terjadinya pencemaran. Kemajuan teknologi dalam hal pemantauan kondisi sumber daya air kini dapat dilakukan melalui teknologi penginderaan jauh. Dalam penelitian ini, pengamatan terhadap parameter konsentrasi TSS dilakukan dengan metode penginderaan jauh yang memanfaatkan citra Landsat 8 OLI tahun 2020, 2021, dan 2022 serta data in situ berupa data sekunder hasil pengujian TSS pada 10 titik sampel dari PT. Indonesia Power Unit Saguling. Citra Landsat 8 tahun 2020 diolah menggunakan tiga algoritma yaitu algoritma Budhiman (2004), Parwati (2006), serta Guzman & Santaella (2009). Algoritma terbaik dalam mengekstraksi nilai TSS yaitu algoritma Parwati (2006) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 70% dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.5022, sehingga algoritma tersebut diterapkan pada citra tahun 2021 dan 2022. Penerapan algoritma pada tahun tersebut menghasilkan nilai konsentrasi TSS di Waduk Saguling terendah pada tahun 2021 yaitu 6.66 mg/l pada titik sampel 4, begitupun nilai konsentrasi TSS tertinggi pada tahun 2021 yaitu 20.96 mg/l pada titik sampel 10. Berdasarkan PP No 82 Tahun 2001 tentang Pengelolaan Kualitas Air dan Pengendalian Pencemaran Air, konsentrasi TSS di Waduk Saguling pada seluruh titik menunjukan tingkat konsentrasi rendah karena di bawah 100 mg/l. Hasil analisis tingkat pencemaran dengan metode Indeks Pencemaran berdasarkan nilai konsentrasi TSS pada tahun 2020, 2021, dan 2022 berturut-turut adalah 0.346, 0.444, dan 0.347, berdasarkan perairan kelas II nilai tersebut berada pada rentang nilai 0≤ indeks pencemaran ≤1 artinya kondisi perairan Waduk Saguling pada tiga waktu tersebut memenuhi baku mutu. Kata kunci : Waduk Saguling, Pencemaran, TSS, Citra Lansat-8 OLI, Algoritma TSS Activities arising from the interaction between human activities and the environment in Saguling Reservoir have the potential to cause degradation such as pollution. Technological advances in terms of monitoring the condition of water resources can now be done through remote sensing technology. In this study, observations of TSS concentration parameters were carried out using remote sensing methods that utilize Landsat 8 OLI images in 2020, 2021, and 2022 and in situ data in the form of secondary data from TSS testing results at 10 sample points from PT Indonesia Power Saguling Unit. The 2020 Landsat 8 image was processed using three algorithms, namely the Budhiman (2004), Parwati (2006), and Guzman & Santaella (2009) algorithms. The best algorithm in extracting TSS values is the Parwati (2006) algorithm with a correlation coefficient of 70% and a coefficient of determination of 0.5022, so the algorithm was applied to images in 2021 and 2022. The application of the algorithm in that year resulted in the lowest TSS concentration value in Saguling Reservoir in 2021, namely 6.66 mg/l at sample point 4, as well as the highest TSS concentration value in 2021, namely 20.96 mg/l at sample point 10. Based on PP No. 82 of 2001 concerning Water Quality Management and Water Pollution Control, the TSS concentration in Saguling Reservoir at all points shows a low concentration level because it is below 100 mg/l. The results of the analysis of the level of pollution with the Pollution Index method based on the TSS concentration value in 2020, 2021, and 2022 are 0.346, 0.444, and 0.347 respectively, based on class II waters, these values are in the range of values 0≤ pollution index ≤1, meaning that the condition of Saguling Reservoir waters at the three times meets the quality standards.
