Abstract
Self-Compassion merupakan potensi yang dimiliki individu dan perlu untuk ditingkatkan untuk membantu pengembangan pribadi karena self-compassion merupakan suatu sikap seseorang yang memperlakukan diri sendiri dengan kasih sayang dan pengertian ketika saat menemukan kegagalan yang dapat dilatih untuk mengurangi kecemasan dan depresi dan juga berpengaruh pada kebijaksanaan dan kecerdasan emosi individu. Self-compassion memiliki aspek 3 versus yang berdiri sendiri namun berhubungan satu sama lain yaitu aspek self-kindness vs self-judgment, common humanity vs isolation, dan mindfulness vs overidentification. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji apakah konseling kelompok dengan teknik psikodrama berefikasi meningkatkan self-compassion siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-postest non equivalent group design. Jumlah populasi penelitian yaitu 243 siswa SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putri Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan ukuran sampel 26 siswa (13 siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan 13 siswa pada kelompok kontrol). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen self compassion. Analisis data menggunakan teknik uji statistik non-parametrik Uji Mann Whitney U Test dan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik psikodrama berefikasi meningkatkan self-compassion siswa (Asymp.Sig 0,00). Hasil penelitian direkomendasikan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling serta peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat diterapkan pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah sebagai intervensi untuk meningkatkan self-compassion siswa. This research was conducted with the aim of testing whether group counseling with psychodrama techniques is effective to increase students' self-compassion. The research using quantitative approach with a quasi experimental method with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. The total of population in this reserach is 243 students from SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putri in the academic year 2021/2022. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique with a number of sample are 26 students (13 students in the experimental group and 13 students in the control group). In this study using a self-compassion instrument. Data analysis used non-parametric statistical test techniques that are Mann Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that group counseling with psychodrama techniques was effective to increas students' self-compassion (Asymp.Sig 0.00). The results of the research are recommended to guidance and counseling teachers and future researchers to be applied in guidance and counseling services in schools as an intervention to increase students' self-compassion.
