Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan guna: (1) mengetahui penjelasan gambaran mengenai atribut hotel di Metland Hotel Cirebon, (2) mengetahui penjelasan gambaran mengenai kepuasan secara keseluruhan di Metland Hotel Cirebon, (3) mengetahui penjelasan bagaimana bagaimana pengaruh atribut hotel terhadap kepuasan secara keseluruhan di Metland Hotel Cirebon. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, dan populasi terdiri dari 112 responden yang pernah menginap di Hotel Metland Cirebon. Menurut temuan studi ini: (1) kualitas hotel dinilai sangat baik; (2) kepuasan keseluruhan dinilai tinggi; (3) Ada pengaruh atribut hotel terhadap kepuasan secara keseluruhan di Metland Hotel Cirebon sebesar 46,5% termasuk kategori sedang. Seiring perkembangannya, hotel akan memiliki persaingan yang semakin intensif maka dari itu penting bagi pengelola hotel untuk mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan tamu untuk menentukan standar atribut hotel yang baik agar mencapai tingkat kepuasan secara keseluruhan semaksimal mungkin. Kata Kunci: Atribut Hotel, Kepuasan Secara Keseluruhan, Hotel The purpose of this study is to: (1) find out the description of hotel attributes at Metland Hotel Cirebon, (2) find out the description of the overall satisfaction at Metland Hotel Cirebon, (3) find out the explanation of how hotel attributes influence overall satisfaction at Metland Cirebon hotels. This research used a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis methods, and the population consisted of 112 respondents who had stayed at the Metland Hotel Cirebon. According to the findings of this study: (1) hotel qualities are rated as excellent; (2) overall satisfaction is rated as high; (3) there is an effect of hotel attributes on overall satisfaction at Metland Hotel Cirebon by 46.5% including the medium category. As it develops, hotels will have increasingly intense competition, therefore hotel managers need to know what guests need to determine good hotel attribute standards to achieve the maximum possible level of overall satisfaction.
